In 2017, we launched our new Arcade Manager to assist staff with other aspects of running an arcade. This cloud based solution allows staff members to log refills, faults, handpays and control the stock issued to cranes, pushers and novelty machines. Ticket refills will adjust your overall stock of tickets so you know exactly how many tickets you have remaining. We have recently added the ability to log all meter readings for machine empties. All of this data is available to the management or head office team via a back office application.
